Unified Psychotherapy (UP) represents a comprehensive and practical approach to integrative practice that organizes theories and techniques within a holistic framework. This conceptual structure encourages psychotherapists to build and expand their competency over time.
Key Strategies Training (KST) is a graduate-level introduction to a unified approach. These videos teach psychotherapists to help promote adaptive ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.
Training in Unified Psychotherapy (TUP) is a professional project designed to help psychotherapists and counselors learn to practice in a more integrative manner, guided by a unified framework. Dr. Jeff Harris is the lead instructor for TUP. Other members of the TUP Advisory board include Dr. Amy Dreier, Dr. Rachel Hershenberg, Dr. Pei-Yi Lin, Dr. Edward MacPhee, and Dr. James Mandala.
